Cash Box
We hope that you will be bringing in the "dough" at your fundraiser, so you will need something to hold all of that cash! Many people forget about this part, but it is essential. We have cash boxes that can hold your change and bills securely with a key.
Money Apron
Speaking of cash, if you are on the go selling tickets while walking from person to person, or if you are running a game, you will need a Money Apron to store your earned cash. We will lend you two complimentary Money Aprons when you spend at least $50 on games (not including delivery), and there are plenty more for you to rent for all volunteers.
Single Roll Raffle Tickets
Do not get caught buying Raffle Tickets that only have 100 or 200 on a roll. It is actually easier and more cost efficient for you to have larger 1000 or 2000 ticket rolls like we offer. Most people use our Single Roll Raffle Tickets for drink tickets.
Double Roll Raffle Tickets
The difference between the Double and the Single Roll Raffle Tickets is that the Double have a tear-away portion that you can use for Raffles or 50/50 draws. Your guests can keep one-half of their tickets for a draw and the other half goes into the Raffle Container. These tickets are available in a roll of 1000 or 2000 tickets.
Raffle Containers
If you have Raffle Draws, Door Prizes, or 50/50 Draws, why not rent our Raffle Containers to securely hold the Raffle Tickets? They are very durable, are 6 inches high (the picture is deceiving), and are big enough to hold up to 1000 tickets. They come in various colours and designs and are light weight so your volunteers can carry them while selling tickets from person to person.
Small Donation Box (NEW!)
Great for catching business cards or raffle tickets in, and it comes with a key to keep everything secure. It's dimensions are 6" by 4" by 4".
Dry Erase Board
You can put this 22 X 35 board wherever you would like: at the front entrance informing your guests of prices, times of draws, or the winners of draws; at the bar informing your guests of the prices of drinks; or at the Gaming Tables so that you can display the high scorers of the games. It comes with a Dry Erase Marker to write whatever works for your function.
Game Table Stools (NEW!)
These chairs match perfectly with any of our Gaming Tables (Blackjack, Poker, or Roulette) and they make your event step up a notch in class.
Folding Chairs
These chairs match perfectly with the Folding Tables you see below, and also fit perfectly around any of our Gaming Tables. They fold for easy handling and are white in colour.
Folding Tables
Our folding white tables are able to seat 8 people, as they are 6' long, by 30" wide, and sit 30" high. They are in perfect condition and can be used for a number of purposes - at your home, at a hall, at a reception, anywhere! You can also rent our white folding chairs that match perfectly with this table. (see above)
